If so, this Certification Services Development Lead position might be ideal for you.What you can expect:As the Certification Services Development Lead, you will support new service development, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, and driving continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in developing and optimizing Preferred by Nature’s certification services. You will collaborate closely with the Program Management, Quality, and Strategy & Innovation teams to enhance accreditation compliance and system efficiency.Your key responsibilities include:

  • Act as key coordinator for new certification services, ensuring proper alignment with the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Lead initiatives to develop and improve certification services, ensuring they meet quality and accreditation standards.
  • Optimize processes by working with technical teams (Salesforce, IT, web) to integrate new services and support accreditation activities.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and the Quality team to streamline procedures, improve efficiency, and enhance compliance measures.
  • Manage accreditation-related communications and oversee enhancements in certification systems to maintain high-quality assurance for assigned service.

Your first year with usWithin three months, you will:

  • Understand Systems & Processes: Gain a strong understanding of Preferred by Nature’s quality systems, certification procedures, and accreditation requirements.
  • Build Stakeholder Relationships: Establish working relationships with the Director of Program Management, Senior Quality Manager, Program Managers, and Strategy & Innovation division.
  • Support Ongoing Projects: Assist in new service development initiatives, contribute to procedural updates, and learn Salesforce customization for certification service tracking.

Within six months, you will:

  • Lead Specific Projects: Take ownership of assigned certification service development projects, ensuring alignment with QMS and program managers.
  • Enhance Systems & Processes: Coordinate with technical teams (Salesforce, IT, web) to integrate new services and support accreditation-related activities.
  • Optimize Efficiency: Identify and implement system improvements, working with the Director of Program Management and Senior Quality Manager to streamline procedures.
  • Drive New Service Development: Act as a key coordinator for new certification services, ensuring they meet quality and accreditation standards.

Within one year, you will:

  • Strengthen Quality & Compliance: Independently manage accreditation-related communications and oversee certification system enhancements.
  • Contribute to Long-Term Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to align certification service development with organizational goals, ensuring continuous improvement and harmonization.

Important that you Have:

  • Strong foundation in certification services and accreditation management, preferably in forestry or agriculture sectors.
  • Experience leading projects related to quality systems, compliance, and certification processes.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and work with technical systems (e.g., Salesforce, IT, QMS tools).
  • Strong analytical and process optimization skills, with a focus on efficiency and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strategic mindset, well-organized, and proactive in driving improvements.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
