Our mission is to make advanced diagnostics widely accessible, enabling earlier and more accurate detection of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s.With our pioneering product NeuroLF now on the market, we are entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a seasoned and strategic Chief Financial & Administrative Officer (CFAO) to join our leadership team and support the company’s scaling journey.Your RoleAs CFAO, you will take full ownership of Positrigo’s financial, administrative, and operational backbone. You will lead the finance, HR, legal, and back-office functions-including IT, internal systems, property management, and administrative services. You will also oversee the control of pricing structures and new business models such as pay-per-scan. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a central role in shaping the company’s strategy and execution during this crucial growth phase.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounting

• Lead budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Oversee financial operations across the parent company and international subsidiaries, including group consolidation and compliance
• Ensure robust internal controls, tax compliance, and coordination of external audits
• Provide strategic financial insight and reporting to support executive and board-level decision-making

Financing Options

• Develop and execute financing strategies including equity investment, working capital solutions, and pay-per-scan revenue model financing
• Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutions
• Drive fundraising and resource allocation initiatives aligned with company growth

HR & People Operations

• Lead HR strategy and operations, including employment contracts, compensation, benefits, and employee handbook
• Foster a strong team culture through policies supporting development, engagement, and retention
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices across jurisdictions

Legal, Governance & Risk

• Oversee legal and regulatory compliance across the organization
• Manage contracts, commercial agreements, IP documentation, leasing, and other legal matters
• Lead risk management processes and ensure sound corporate governance

Back Office & Administration

• Oversee IT systems and internal infrastructure to support business growth
• Manage office administration, property/space planning, and operational logistics
• Ensure efficient delivery of administrative services and business continuity planning

Pricing & Business Model Control

• Drive pricing strategy and implementation across markets and customer segments
• Monitor and control the performance of emerging business models such as pay-per-scan
• Ensure accurate financial modeling and ROI analysis for new initiatives

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Over 10 years of experience in a senior financial or administrative leadership role, ideally in medical devices, diagnostics, or a high-growth tech environment
• Proven track record in managing finance, HR, and operational teams in scaling organizations
• Strong expertise in financial management, group consolidation, fundraising, and legal compliance
• Experience overseeing corporate services such as IT, admin, and legal operations
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; ability to work cross-functionally
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
