You will join a dynamic research environment at the interface between air pollution and human health at an exciting time. We host world class atmospheric simulation chamber facilities which we use to explore air pollution chemistry and examine important emerging pollutants, and are developing in synergy with health research, to examine the role of air pollution and its impacts on a wide range of non-communicable diseases. This globally unique interface to in vitro toxicology research and experimental medicine is opening many new avenues of research into the effects of air pollution on human health. The successful applicant will help shape the University research priorities and national/international profile through their leadership at this interface.
