Do you maximize the adoption of change by developing and implementing change strategies and plans while focusing on proactively minimize resistance behaviours by the people impacted by the change to be implemented?Novo Nordisk Integrated Quality is seeking two professionals with a proven track record in effectively driving adoption and utilization of cross-organizational changes to join our Transformation Management Office (TMO).Apply today and join us for a !The positionThe Change Managers will drive Change Management across Integrated Quality, which is responsible of transforming Novo Nordisk’s QMS.One of the Change Managers will be focusing on the successful implementation of Novo Nordisk’s new Learning Management System (LMS); while the other will be supporting the implementation of the improved process governance model, including Novo Nordisk’s process landscape.Furthermore, together with the other change managers in the team, both change managers will ensure the standard for Change Management across IQ is defined and implemented.The TMO is responsible for strategic portfolio management, project execution, change and risk management across the Integrated Quality units, developing capability and resource management models, establishing strategic KPIs, as well as development of processes, dashboards and tools needed for ensuring coordination and transparency across the different teams in the area.Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead change management activities at workstream level and in alignment with the standard for the change management activities across the Integrated Quality program.
  • Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support the design and delivery of training initiatives at program level.
  • Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  • Identify and manage resistance, both anticipated and persistent.
  • Ensure integration of change management activities into the program plan.
  • In collaboration with the other change managers, you will contribute to develop and implement the change management strategy and plans for the program.

QualificationsWe’re seeking candidates that have the following prerequisites:

  • You have a Master’s degree in science, engineering, psychology or a related field plus a qualification in Change Management
  • 5+ years of experience successfully leading organizational change or as part of strategic, complex, cross-functional projects
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) and active listening skills

The primary objective of IQ is to develop and maintain our QMS, which promotes robust business performance and simplifies quality processes. The responsibilities of this department include process ownership of core quality processes, ownership and support of major quality-relevant IT systems, driving major cross-organizational improvement projects for Quality, and IT Quality.
