• 08:00-15:00 shifts, 5 days a week (occasional evening for theme nights)

What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to take full ownership of the kitchen, creating fresh, flavourful dishes that keep customers coming back. You’ll work mostly solo, with support from a kitchen porter during busy times, and have the creative freedom to shape menus and specials.Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes
• Managing kitchen operations day-to-day
• Overseeing and supporting the kitchen porter during peak times
• Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
• Bringing creativity and flair to the menu
