As Head Chef, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen with a strong emphasis on baking – 90% of your role will be focused on producing cakes and bakes that keep customers coming back.Key responsibilities include:Developing and refining café menus that showcase creativity and consistencyManaging kitchen operations, inventory, and supplier relationshipsTraining and leading a small, dedicated kitchen teamOverseeing food safety, cleanliness, and cost controlCollaborating with management to deliver a memorable food experienceThe business is currently building a purpose-designed events space, with the goal of increasing private bookings and boosting spend per head.
