Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you’ll ensure that every dish leaves the pass to the highest standard — upholding the reputation of this prestigious establishment.Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of your section, ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes meet consistently high standards.Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain quality, consistency, and creativity.Stay informed about menu changes and adapt accordingly to maintain an outstanding guest experience.Mentor and support junior members of the brigade.Champion a positive and professional kitchen environment, upholding all food safety and hygiene standards.About You:Previous experience at Chef de Partie level within a high-quality restaurant or hotel kitchen (experience at a Demi level ready to step up will also be considered).Passionate about seasonal, high-end British cuisine.Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Team player with great communication skills.Pride in delivering a memorable guest experience through culinary excellence.This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career at one of the most charming and celebrated properties in the Cotswolds, offering the perfect balance of heritage, prestige, and contemporary innovation.
