🍻 Join Our Team at Den Gamle Major – Now Hiring Chef! 👩‍🍳✨We are seeking an experienced chef to join our team at Den Gamle Major! This is a full-time position (100%), starting on August 25, 2025. The role involves working evenings and weekends.🔍 What We Look For

• A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences
• Ability to prepare meals according to established routines and profitability goals
• Experience in daily mise en place, lunch service, and event catering
• Familiarity with standard procedures for ingredient handling and hygiene
• Comfort working within our established culinary concept
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and storage areas
• Strong collaboration with service, bar, kitchen, and other departments
• Fluency in English and/or Norwegian

🎯 Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes in line with our gastropub menu
• Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and cleaning protocols
• Participate in creating an excellent work environment and teamwork
• Maintain a clean and fresh kitchen and storage areas
• Support daily kitchen operations during busy service hours
• Contribute to menu creativity and improvements
