We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic Chefs of all grades in Dublin working five over seven days, Daytime hours only.Some of the duties and responsibilities are as follows:To prepare and cook food to the highest standard.To supervise and direct kitchen and service staff as required.To work and order products within agreed budgets as set out by the company.To compile menu cycles on a monthly basis.To operate the HACCP and Health and Safety procedures in line with legal requirements.Support for Holiday and Cover for Dublin Units.Must have own Transport.Benefits:Uniforms suppliedSafety Shoes SuppliedMeals whilst on dutyLife assurance schemePRSA pension schemeFree parkingThe Q Café Company is an Irish owned contract catering company.
