• Verantwortung für den analytischen Entwicklungsteil von Kundenprojekten im Bereich der Wirkstoffproduktion (Drug Substance) – von der frühen Entwicklungsphase bis zur Prozessreife
• Entwickeln, Optimieren und Troubleshooting von klassischen sowie physikalisch-chemischen und instrumentellen Titrationsmethoden einschliesslich FT-IR, UV/VIS, sowie Gehalts- und Karl Fischer-Titrationen unter Verwendung der Titrationssoftware Tiamo (Metrohm)
• Durchführung von Methodenvalidierungen und -transfers unter Beachtung der cGMP-Richtlinien
• Analysieren der pharmazeutischen Wirksubstanzen und Zwischenprodukte, teilweise cGMP-konform
• Unterstützung bei der Wartung und Betreuung von Analysegeräten

Your profileFachkenntnisse

• Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Nasschemie und instrumenteller Analytik
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant/in EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Schwerpunkt Analytik
• GMP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit LIMS, Tiamo und OPUS
