As Chief People Officer, you’ll shape the future of our global People function, ensuring it’s both operationally excellent and deeply aligned with our company’s mission.With a continuous focus on short-term profitability, we’re looking for a leader who understands how to deliver operational excellence while keeping long-term goals in sight.   • Sparring with the People Team: Act as a trusted advisor, empowering and supporting our 10 team members as they work to optimise people processes and enhance the people journey.
  • Implementing New Initiatives: Take a hands-on approach to turning ideas into action, whether it’s making an awesome onboarding experience, creating an environment where people choose to stay, or developing new forward-thinking engagement initiatives.
  • Reporting and Advising: Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the Executive Management Team and the board, helping to shape organisational decisions with a people-first perspective.

You’re a practical, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn ideas into action. While strategy is important, you find your greatest satisfaction in execution and day-to-day problem-solving. Your leadership style is inclusive-you bring your team into the conversation, guide them to solutions, and create a sense of shared ownership in the outcomes.In your application, we hope to see:

  • Significant experience in leading the People & Culture agenda within growing or evolving organisations, including managing remote teams and collaborating across multiple countries in a global setting.
  • A track record of improving and simplifying People processes to enhance people experiences.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire trust across all levels.
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused approach that combines operational detail with strategic oversight.
  • Experience navigating complex environments with a focus on both short-term goals and long-term impact.
