Nordic Unique Travels is one of the main travel companies located in Rovaniemi, Finland. We specialize in tours in Lapland – in Finland, North Norway, and Sweden. At the moment we have more than 100 tours and holiday packages in the Arctic Circle. Lapland is a great winter destination offering unforgettable experiences. Because of its nature, northern lights, winter activities, unique cuisine and accommodation and of course Santa Claus, it is very popular among customers from all around the world.We are one of the main tourism companies in Lapland, also with many tours around Scandinavia. We are looking for the Human Resources Coordinator to join our human resource team in the Rovaniemi office.Duration of the agreement: Start as soon as possible and last for 6 months to 1 year, possible to prolong the contract.Key Responsibilities:
Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates in English, Chinese and Vietnamese
Facilitating pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience, including maintaining communication, addressing inquiries, and providing necessary documentation in English, Chinese and Vietnamese
Overseeing HR administrative functions, including record-keeping, compliance, and process coordination
Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
Assisting with various HR initiatives and projects as assigned
Potentially taking on leadership responsibilities as required, with opportunities for career growth
Maintaining Chinese recruitment platforms from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore and VietnamRequirements:
Proven experience as or similar executive role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective HR administration and people management skills
Positive attitude in all situations
Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize work on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English
Bachelors degree in human resources or related is a plus
