We are looking for Chinese Operation Coordinator to join our team in Rovaniemi office and lead foreign travellers around the region.Työn kuvaus:Nordic Unique Travels is one of the main travel companies located in Rovaniemi, Finland. We specialize in tours in Lapland – in Finland, North Norway and Sweden. At the moment we have more than 100 tours and holiday packages in the Arctic Circle. Lapland is a great winter destination offering unforgettable experiences. Because of its nature, northern lights, winter activities, unique cuisine and accommodation and of course Santa Claus, it is very popular among customers from all around the world.We are looking for Sri Lankan House keepers/ tour guides to join our team in Rovaniemi office and lead foreign travellers around the region.– Headcount: 1 people
– Duration of the agreement: Start in October 2025 until January 2026, possible to prolong the contract.
– Part-time positionBasic Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize tour related equipments;
Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
Notify managers of necessary repairs.
Assist guests when necessary.
Prepare/ clean the equipment before and after the tour.
Guide tours in Sinhala and make sure that the tours are entertaining, informational, and memorable.
Driving guests from accommodation to the tour site and back
Bathroom Cleaning: Replacing towels, restocking toiletries, and cleaning sanitary facilities.
Restocking Supplies: Ensuring that rooms and public areas are well-stocked with hygiene products and other necessary items.
Customer Service: Responding to guests’ needs and ensuring their comfort, such as providing extra towels or fulfilling other requests.
Explaining the history, geography and culture of Rovaniemi (Finland) in English and Sri Lankan LanguageExpectation and Requirements:
Must be a Sri Lankan native speaker
Excellent command for English and Sinhala
Must have driving experience in EU countries
Customer Service Orientation: A cheerful and positive attitude with a desire to provide the best possible service to guests.
Attention to Detail: Ability to pay attention to details and perform tasks meticulously.
Physical Stamina: The tasks can be physically demanding, so good physical condition is beneficial.
Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues.
Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Be able to work for long periods of time in inclement (extremely cold) weather;
Outgoing personality;
Strong problem-solving skills;
