Civil Engineer / Project Manager | Kildare & Dublin | €75k+ & BenefitsAre you an experienced Site Civil Engineer / Project Manager with a strong background in piling foundations, concrete frame, and substructures? Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team, delivering high-quality reinforced concrete and groundworks solutions across the UK and Ireland.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate piling, reinforced concrete frame, and substructure works.
- Ensure project delivery within budget, on schedule, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Lead site teams, liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Monitor progress, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support on-site.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree, Diploma or Cert in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in piling foundations, concrete frames, and substructure works.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach.
- Willingness to travel across project locations in the UK and Ireland.
