Key Responsibilities of the CiVil Engineering Project ManagerIndependently manage end-to-end mobile site projects : New infrastructure build, upgrades and re-engineering, site sharing, decommissioning, telecom and transmission hardware installationsSupport infrastructure design activities and participate in site surveys to ensure compliance with internal standards, client specifications, and health & safety regulationsCoordinate subcontractor offers and manage procurement of services and materialsPlan and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with scope and objectivesPerform risk assessments and take corrective actions to mitigate project risksHandle project changes and escalate deviations from design or budget as neededRole can be based in Lausanne or Bern.Project Management in a leading international telecom company Opportunity for growth for junior and experimented engineersEducation & ExperienceDegree in Civil Engineering or related technical discipline preferredFamiliarity with mobile network technology (radio and transmission)Languages : Fluency in French, German and EnglishSkills & ProfileProven experience in civil works project managementSupplier management and cost control skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilities,Detail-oriented with solid organisational capabilitiesOur client is a leading European operator in wireless telecommunications infrastructure, with a strong presence across multiple countries.
