We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Maneger to join a reputable Civils Contractor in County Cork our client focue on services specializing in the design and development of large-scale infrastructure projects. They are known for delivering high-quality solutions in sectors such as residential, commercial, and civil engineering. With a focus on teamwork and collaboration, they work closely with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals effectively.The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all civils, groundworks, and external works on a major water infrastructure project in Cork City. You will manage daily site operations to ensure the successful and high-quality delivery of infrastructure and external elements.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects in both urban and rural settings.
• Liaise with clients and representatives to ensure project success and build relationships.
• Review and adjust designs based on feedback.
• Lead the site team and collaborate with Contracts Manager and Site Agents.
• Ensure client expectations, quality control, and safety standards are met.
• Implement innovative technologies to improve project processes.
• Mentor junior team members and identify training needs.
• Monitor site progress, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Manage material delivery and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.
• Oversee traffic management and health and safety on-site.
• Coordinate with local authorities on footway inspections and work scheduling.
• Handle client status reports, complaints, and public inquiries.
• Maintain administrative tasks and support ad hoc duties as needed.

Experience required for this Civil Site Manager role:

• Previous Experience in a Management role
• Water Experience is essentiial
• Large Civils Contract experience(Minimum 5 years)

Package offered for this Civil Site Manager role

• Salary of €70,000 – €85,000, depending on experience
