The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are looking for a claims analyst to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway’s technical infrastructure projects involving roads, tunnels, bridges, drill and blast works.This is a great opportunity to work for a significant construction company, working alongside some of the most experienced specialists in the industry to continue developing and further you career.Job Role / Responsibilities

• Provides assistance, support and guidance to Project Management and related functions, in relation to contractual issues both towards the client (contractual progress, reservations, litigation, etc.) and to the competent public bodies (program agreements, conventions etc.)
• Supervises the management of contracts, the correct interpretation and
• implementation of administrative and contractual obligations, ensuring their compliance with the specific contractual requirements of the project
• Supervises the processing and negotiation of claims requests, including details of additional costs
• Supervises the management of contractual issues towards the client and the custodians
• Handles relations with the lawyers in charge, with reference to contractual management activities
• Supervises the relationship with the client by taking care of the flow of Correspondence
• Draws up and updates the reports required by the contracts.
• Application for payment (active / passive)
• Variation Orders

ProjectThe infrastructure project is based on the West Coast of Norway and consist of the construction of several tunnels, bridges and highways, the construction has already started and is estimated to last for at least 3 more years.Requirements10 years of experience in the management of contractual disputes in construction * All aspects of the contractual process and related working knowledge

• Understanding and working knowledge of the construction process of complex infrastructure projects
• Experience with key commercial risks and ability to manage the project risk review process and related verifications
• Bachelors degree in Law
