Job description
Shift: 22 hours a week average – Monday – Sunday (4/5 out of 7 day fortnightly rotationLocation: London – W12A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaner who will work at our client’s prestigious site.Duties as a Co-ordinatorEnsure all areas of the schedule are completed as required
Ensure all checklists are signed off as required
Comply with all health & safety regulations
Carry out any reasonable work instruction to the standard required
Carry out regular and thorough treatments/inspections so as to maintain such conditions
Dust control/vacuum and mop floors
Buff/Polish floors (using appropriate solution) per specification
Empty and reline waste bins
Dispose of rubbish
Wash walls/ledges/desks/doors/glass/fixtures/fittings and chairs as per specification
Clean and maintain Toilets/WashroomsCheck Cleaning StandardsSkills requiredExcellent communication skills
Experience in Similar role preferred
Organisational and time-management skills
Comfortable working alone and in a team
Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload
