We have a low hierarchy and a warm team of over 80 professionals who are waiting to hear from you.We are now looking for an additional member to join our team of cleaning professionals as a supervisory role in corporate cleaning and customer care in Helsinki Metropolitan area.
As a Corporate Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment for both our staff and clients, managing working plans, handling client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will be working both in office and on field.Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise Cleaning Operations: Lead, train, and supervise a team of cleaners, ensuring all tasks are performed to the highest standard.-Quality Control: Perform routine inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met and exceeded.-Client Interaction: Maintain positive relationships with clients, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.-Scheduling & Coordination: Create and manage work schedules for the cleaning team, ensuring optimal coverage and efficient use of resources.-Inventory Management: Oversee cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely reordering and proper maintenance.-Employee Education & Training: Conduct ongoing training sessions to ensure employees are up-to-date with cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.-Car Management: Oversee the use and maintenance of company vehicles, ensuring that they are well-maintained, fueled, and properly stocked with cleaning supplies. Schedule regular maintenance and handle any necessary repairs or replacements.-Handling customer feedback: Address client concerns, investigate issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain records of reclamations and follow up to ensure resolutions are achieved.-Administrative Duties: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and communicate effectively with management regarding performance and issues.Qualifications:
Essential:-Proven experience in cleaning in Finland for minimum 3 years
Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive company vehicles. (Car will be provided by employer)-Fluent in English (written and spoken).-Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and motivate staff.-Excellent organizational and time management skills.-Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.-Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.-Ability to handle customer complaints and reclamations professionally.-Knowledge of cleaning equipment and health & safety regulations.Preferred:-Proficiency in Finnish (written and spoken).-Previous experience as a supervisor-Experience in fleet or vehicle management.Why Join Us?
