As a Cleaning Supervisor at Sodexo, based in Normandy Officers Mess, Picton Barracks, Bulford, Salisbury, you will be entrusted with overseeing cleaning services that help create a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for all. • Lead and motivate your team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness in offices, kitchens, toilets, and communal areas, ensuring a hygienic environment.
• Manage inventory and order supplies like cleaning products and consumables.
• Champion health and safety practices, conducting regular safety checks and reporting hazards.
• Provide ongoing feedback and support to your team to ensure their success and well-being.
• Deliver excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns professionally.

What You Bring:

• Experience in cleaning or a supervisory role, with knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
