Cleaning Supervisor – (Working)£12.54 per hour35 Hours per weekNorse Cleaning Division work in partnership with a number of clients across East Anglia, providing a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas.We have a successful relationship with Charter Academy and we are looking to recruit a Cleaning Supervisor on a full time basis, you’ll be required to work Monday -Friday 6:30am-08:30am, 2pm – 7pm.The role

• Assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing guidance, and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Creating work schedules, allocating tasks, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
• Inspecting work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met and identifying areas for improvement.
• Training new staff members, providing ongoing training on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and placing orders when needed.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including the proper use of chemicals and equipment.
• Maintaining clear communication with cleaning staff, management, and potentially clients or customers.
• Addressing operational issues, resolving complaints, and finding solutions to challenges.
• Submitting reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, and any relevant issues

Our Successful Candidate:We will ideally be looking for you to demonstrate previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a previous role, alongside;

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with our clients on-site
• Confident working independently to your own initiative
• Previous commercial cleaning experience would be desirable
