An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our busy Medical Imaging Clerical Team based at Ipswich Hospital. This post is full time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday – 08.30 to 17.00.In this role you will assist in providing an efficient, high quality, reception/clerical support service to Medical Imaging.As you will be dealing with patients and the general public, you must have a polite telephone manner and be approachable. You will also need to have the ability to work under pressure to strict dealings with excellent organisational skills. You will work on your own initiative with attention to detail and have confident and accurate IT skills.Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar environment within an NHS setting, and knowledge of the hospital booking systems, Lorenzo and CRIS would be advantageous.Main duties of the jobYou will be working as part of a team of staff who:
