With offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness, and a fully dynamic working model, they provide their people with the freedom and trust to work where they work best — at home, in the office, or a mix of both.They’re now looking to appoint a Client Manager within their Accounts & Business Advisory team. You’ll play a central role in managing a diverse client portfolio and leading a collaborative team of finance professionals.What You’ll Be DoingManaging and developing client relationships, providing ad hoc financial advice and strategic insightReviewing statutory financial statements and management accountsInterpreting financial data and communicating key insights to clientsCoaching and mentoring team members to support their professional growthLeading departmental initiatives to enhance internal processes and efficiencyEnsuring high standards of technical quality across all client workIdentifying opportunities to deliver additional value to clientsWhat We’re Looking ForA relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ICAS, ACA) or qualified by experienceStrong technical knowledge and a client-centric approachCurrent or prior experience working in accountancy practiceA confident communicator who can deliver meaningful insights and adviceExcellent organisational and time management skillsA natural team player who enjoys mentoring and collaborationA growth mindset and appetite for innovation and continuous learningA strong alignment with values such as trust, collaboration, and making a positive impactThe OfferSalary up to £58,000, dependent on experience + BenefitsTruly dynamic and flexible working — no mandated office timeCentral office hubs in Edinburgh, Glasgow for collaborative working and client meetingsA supportive, forward-thinking environment focused on people, purpose, and professional developmentContact Stuart Ringland for further information – stuart@lusona.co.uk
