A global company based in Limerick is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join their finance team on an initial 12-month contract, with the potential for extension. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, handling investor queries, and supporting team performance.   • Respond to investor queries via phone and email, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Support Team Leaders with call monitoring and mailbox management.
  • Mentor and coach new team members, acting as a point of reference.
  • Review and improve processes to enhance service quality.
  • Verify phone trade data and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute team statistics and reports.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in phone-based customer service within a contact center.
  • Excellent Excel and Word skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
