services—including data collection (speech, image, video, text, sensor), annotation, ML model development, AI consulting, and deployment—while ensuring ethical AI practices, regulatory compliance, and measurable ROI. We already serve a portfolio of established clients in China, Korea, Japan, and the USA, and are now entering our next growth phase: expanding deeper into existing regions while capturing new opportunities in Europe and Australia. We are looking for a Client Success & Delivery Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional project delivery. This is a high-impact position that blends business development, account management, and project management in the rapidly evolving AI industry.The Role
You will be the bridge between clients, internal teams, and business opportunities—responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing existing
accounts, and ensuring smooth, on-time delivery of projects. Your success will directly influence YPAI’s revenue growth, client retention, and market presence.Ideal Candidate Profile – Client Success & Delivery Manager (AI Solutions)
Based in Eastern EU (e.g., Poland, Ukraine) with B1–B2 Chinese and strong English skills. Brings 30%+ knowledge of AI workflows (data collection, labeling, annotation) and proven success in business development or project management in the AI/data solutions sector. Skilled in client acquisition, account growth, and project delivery, using tools like Excel, Asana, Trello, HubSpot, Slack, and WeChat. Excels in time management, negotiation, and client relationship building, with a strong plus for existing industry networks. Role covers acquiring/expanding clients in EU, USA, Australia, and China, managing contracts, overseeing invoicing/payments, and ensuring on-time, quality project delivery with the project management team.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in Europe, Australia and the USA.Deepen relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities.Represent YPAI at industry events, virtual conferences, and client meetings.Leverage industry insights and networks to develop new market-entry strategies.Client Success & Account ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for key accounts.Ensure client needs are understood, addressed, and exceeded.Proactively manage client expectations, resolve challenges, and maintain high satisfaction levels.Monitor client feedback and work with delivery teams to implement improvements.Project Delivery & CoordinationOversee the execution of client projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Collaborate closely with project managers and operational teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain momentum.Develop training or onboarding materials for project teams when required.Strategic ContributionDeliver a 6-month strategic growth and delivery plan within your first month.Demonstrate measurable improvements in revenue, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency within your first 2 months.Recommend new services, tools, or processes to enhance YPAI’s offerings.What We’re Looking ForProven track record in business development, account management, and project delivery, preferably in AI, data services,
or technology sectors.Understanding of AI market trends and the data lifecycle (collection, annotation, model training, deployment).Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at multiple levels.Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience leading cross-functional teams and client-facing projects in an international setting.What We OfferSalary: €28,000–€30,000/year (pre-tax), based on experience.After 6 months, based on performance, we aim to increase your salary to up to €40,000, with the option for commission or company share participation.Performance Bonus: Commission structure after successful probation.Probation: 6 months.Career Growth: Opportunity to progress into a senior leadership role as the company expands.Work Environment: Fully remote, flexible 9–5 schedule, with paid sick leave and holidays.
