If you’re fluent in Swedish and English, passionate about providing excellent customer service, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!Your roleAs a Client Support Specialist, you’ll be the key link between our clients and our technology. Your mission is to provide high-quality support across multiple channels, manage client-related logistics, and ensure smooth communication and satisfaction.✅ Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line customer support in Swedish and English by phone, email and live chat
  • Solve problem requests and escalate when needed
  • Train and consult clients on system use
  • Manage customer data in internal systems
  • Coordinate local device orders and warehouse processes
  • Assist with device installation planning and support technicians remotely
  • Monitor and improve Mapon systems based on customer feedback
  • Stay updated on product changes and services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service guidelines
  • Support colleagues during absences and perform additional tasks when required

Ideal candidate

  • Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in customer support or call center roles (preferably in IT, logistics, or SaaS)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High computer literacy
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
