Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions Engineer (Full Time) Location: Galway, Ireland
Role Overview We’re seeking a skilled Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions engineer to provide expert technical support, contribute with a team of highly engaged customer focused engineers, and manage cloud and on-premises IT projects. You’ll collaborate with customers, resolve technical issues, ensure successful deployments, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical support for on-site and remote customer needs.
• Maintain effective external relationships with vendors, consultants, and service providers; leveraging these relationships to ensure that the best fit solutions and resources are available to the company.
• Oversee medium to large-scale IT projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Manage and resolve escalated technical issues.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Mentor and support the development and excellence of engineers across the team.
• Research and test new product offerings which may become part of our service offerings.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and/or on-call availability.

• Maintain clear communication with customers and management.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Virtualisation, Networking, and Security.
• Experience with Hybrid IT Solutions (Cloud and On-Prem).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, endpoint protection, and backup solutions.

Essential Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Relevant third-level degree or equivalent.
• Full clean driver’s license
