We’re looking for a driven, analytical, and commercially minded Commercial Development Manager to lead the development and execution of our On Trade (HORECA) commercial strategy and plans at Carlsberg Sverige.In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key role in identifying and unlocking growth opportunities and turning strategy into action to deliver measurable business results. You’ll act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the On Trade channel in internal forums, lead projects and enhancing tools, processes, and insights to enhance execution and accelerate long-term sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop On Trade strategy and planning (1-3 year horizon)
  • Support in creating On Trade sub-channel strategies, hit-lists, and key initiatives
  • Identify growth opportunities through data-driven and field observation analysis
  • Track and analyse KPIs to deliver actionable insights and follow up on execution
  • Strengthen commercial tools and insights (Excel, Power BI)
  • Represent On Trade in forums like S&OP, Demand & Brand Reviews
  • Oversee value management agenda and support pricing strategy execution
  • Support On Trade leadership with strategic and ad-hoc projects/analysis

About You

  • Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or similar
  • Solid experience in commercial development/sales (FMCG, On Trade preferred)
  • Highly analytical, comfortable working with data tools, and confident turning numbers into clear recommendations.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving commercial growth
