This is a place to make a difference in the world.The Role & What You Will Be DoingThe Commercial Excellence Manager (m/f/d) collaborates cross-functionally as a leader of Business Intelligence eg. quantitative analysis as well as of digitalization of Viatris activities. The position holder will function as the internal consultant and project leader to implement data-driven decision tools and to drive the digitalization in all areas of the promotioning model of Viatris in Austria.Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Commercial Excellence Manager (m/f/d) role will make an impact:Well understanding of business strategies overall as well as of the business unitsCreate and support a culture of data-driven decision-making by defining KPIs together with the stakeholders, identifying competitive toolsets and implementing best practicesPlan, coordinate, and design commercial excellence activities and support local strategic projectsMonitor, progress, and produce status reports and drive the harmonization of business metrics and analytics (including key performance indicators)Work closely with decision makers of departments and collaboration with external stakeholders, as wellIdentify, develop, implement, and support cost-effective solutions for all aspects of the organizationProduce analytics to support strategic planning, market/competitor assessments, identification of market projections, market opportunities, etc.Development and execution of the sales excellence agenda, SFE, processes, and toolsAbout Your Skills & ExperienceFor this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:University degree, preferably in Business Administration or EconomicsMinkmum of 3 years of experience within in a Pharmaceutical or consulting company,
