This position requires approximately 50% travel within the Nordic region, with a few occasional trips outside. While this is primarily an office-based role, we offer flexibility for remote work to support your work-life balance.What You’ll Do:

• Inspire and Lead: Motivate our dynamic Nordic sales team to achieve goals, focusing on performance and professional growth.

• Drive Results: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with our vision, ensuring we meet and exceed financial targets.

• Build Strong Partnerships: Leverage your relationship-building skills to engage distributors and key partners, closing significant agreements that benefit all.

• Experience: At least 5 years in the livestock industry, with a strong grasp of cattle health and monitoring solutions.
