We’re looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist to join our BAAS Customer Success Team in a fixed-term maternity cover position – and we hope it’s you!About the RoleAs our Commercial Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the internal collaboration between Sales, Scientific Support, Production Planning and Customer Service. You’ll have a dynamic workday focused on supporting both customers and colleagues, ensuring smooth operations from order to delivery. The team you join consist of 7 people, located at our Glostrup site in Denmark, and the position is offering a hybrid working model.Your Responsibilities

• Managing internal and external coordination of customer orders
• Forecasting and production planning
• Direct customer contact and support mainly by e-mail, to customers in primarily US and EU
• Pricing coordination in collaboration with Business Managers
• Ad hoc support to the global sales team
• General administrative support

QualificationsWho You AreWe’re looking for an ambitious and motivated team player who thrives in an international environment and is eager to make a difference.You might have:

• A background as a laboratory technician, a bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing, or similar
• Strong skills in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in customer support and a passion for customer interactions
• Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system (a bonus, but not required)
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Danish is preferred, but not required
• A structured and detail-oriented mindset
• The ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
