A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Senior Associate or Legal Director (6+ PQE) to join their dynamic and highly regarded team in Glasgow.The Opportunity
This is your chance to work on some of the most high-value and high-profile property transactions in Scotland. You’ll be advising a diverse client base—including developers, investors, lenders, public bodies, and corporate occupiers—on complex, strategic deals that shape the built environment.Key Responsibilities

• Lead on acquisitions, disposals, and development of commercial property assets
• Advise on full lifecycle development projects, collaborating with planning and construction teams
• Support leasing and asset management for institutional and private clients
• Navigate complex property finance transactions with lenders and investors
• Deliver commercially focused, strategic legal advice across sectors including retail, leisure, healthcare, and infrastructure
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team culture

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 6 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial real estate law
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• A proactive, strategic mindset and a collaborative approach
