Our FTSE 250 looking for a commercial lawyer to join their dynamic in-house team. This position offers a variety of interesting and challenging legal work.Based in London this company has a hybrid working policy preferring employees to be in 3 days in the office per week.The successful candidate will:

• Have a strength in drafting and negotiating a high value procurement contracts
• Provide legal advice to the Group in areas such as corporate governance, M&A, data privacy and pre-litigation support
• Have trained in a high quality law firm and have some in-house experience
• Have a commercial / business outlook to their work
• Be between 4 – 8 years PQE, although would consider a strong newly qualified solicitor

• Legal professionals – FILEX, MILEX, ILEX, Licenced Conveyancers, paralegals, legal assistants and fee earners
• Support services – practice managers, COLP / COFA – regulatory and compliance, office managers, IT developers, case management specialists, law costs draftsmen and negotiators, legal secretaries, legal cashiers
