About the RoleAs a Commissioning Manager – Mechanical (m/f/d), you will be part of a dedicated commissioning team. You’ll contribute to the successful delivery of high-performance buildings by overseeing the end-to-end mechanical commissioning process, ensuring alignment with engineering standards, safety policies, and client expectations.Responsibilities
- Manage the full mechanical commissioning scope for assigned project packages.
- Perform and lead HVAC system testing and commissioning activities.
- Develop and implement detailed commissioning execution plans.
- Review and validate commissioning procedures and workflows.
- Monitor and manage commissioning schedules in alignment with project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards during commissioning.
- Provide technical support to on-site commissioning teams.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive commissioning records and documentation.
- Coordinate system handover with subcontractors and client operational teams.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in MEP commissioning or commissioning management.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and commissioning protocols.
- Familiarity with QA/QC standards in construction and engineering environments.
- Independent, service-oriented mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in English
- German language skills (Nice to have)
