About the RoleAs a Commissioning Manager – Mechanical (m/f/d), you will be part of a dedicated commissioning team. You’ll contribute to the successful delivery of high-performance buildings by overseeing the end-to-end mechanical commissioning process, ensuring alignment with engineering standards, safety policies, and client expectations.Responsibilities

• Manage the full mechanical commissioning scope for assigned project packages.
• Perform and lead HVAC system testing and commissioning activities.
• Develop and implement detailed commissioning execution plans.
• Review and validate commissioning procedures and workflows.
• Monitor and manage commissioning schedules in alignment with project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards during commissioning.
• Provide technical support to on-site commissioning teams.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive commissioning records and documentation.
• Coordinate system handover with subcontractors and client operational teams.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in MEP commissioning or commissioning management.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and commissioning protocols.
• Familiarity with QA/QC standards in construction and engineering environments.
• Independent, service-oriented mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in English
• German language skills (Nice to have)
