VAT Vakuumventile AGCommunications Specialist 100%Specialist, Haag | SwitzerlandTo strengthen internal and external communication at VAT, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated and creative communications professional to join our team. As a member of the global Marketing and Corporate Communications team, you will be responsible for the group-wide implementation of internal and external communications activities.Your new field of activity
- Develop and implement internal communication activities based on the global strategy
- Implement global internal campaigns together with all our locations in Asia, Europe and the US
- Create engaging stories about our company with its various businesses, functions, countries and general life at VAT for internal and external channels (e.g., social intranet, website, social media, selected media)
- Organize corporate events from concept, content creation, organization and logistics to implementation and evaluation (e.g., our “open doors” day for family and friends)
- Play an active role in the implementation of employer branding and sponsoring activities based on the related strategies
- Act as sparring partner for editors of internal communication in the social intranet
- Support VAT’s external communication initiatives such as the social media posts, website content, publication of corporate reports and business results
- Provide comprehensive support to the Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications in all organizational matters, ensuring efficient coordination and execution of departmental tasks
Your skills and talents
- You hold a Master or Bachelor degree and business experience in communications and project work
- You have 5 to 7 years working experience in corporate communications in an international company (ideally industrial)
- Strong project management skills
- You are proactive, work independently and precisely
- You enjoy shaping the internal and external communications activities and think ahead to identify future development steps
- You are experienced in the creation of texts on complex topics and for different communication channels
- You have a flair for graphic design, plus points for being familiar with the most common graphic programs (e.g., InDesign, Canva)
- You can tell stories by creating videos for social media and/or internal channels
- You keep a cool head even in hectic times
- You are a native German speaker and have excellent English skills
