The ManpowerGroup recruitment agency is seeking a dynamic Community and Content Manager (M/F/X) , for one of its clients, an ASBL. This is a permanent role within the communication team, where you will play a key role in driving the company’s new projects.Status: Permanent position based in Luxembourg with occasional international travel (Africa, Asia, etc.).Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of the Communication & Public Relations Unit, you will be an integral part of the communication team:Website Content Management:

  • Develop, publish, and continuously update the website content.
  • Enhance website pages for optimal search engine performance (SEO).

Social Media and Community Engagement:

  • Craft, schedule, and manage engaging content across various social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Engage with the online community, answer queries, and moderate discussions.
  • Drive community engagement and respond to interactions proactively.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and evaluate the performance of social media posts and web pages.
  • Perform data analysis and provide regular reports on community engagement and the effectiveness of communication strategies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication, Digital Marketing, Web Development, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in online community management and web content creation.
  • A strong interest in sustainable development goals and poverty reduction initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, good knowledge of English; Spanish and Luxembourgish are assets.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO best practices.
  • Proven ability to create compelling and relevant content.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics.
  • Deep empathy and commitment to the nonprofit sector and developing countries.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and a strong listener, with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to understand organizational needs.
