If you live in Funchal or are looking to relocate, this opportunity could be for you!We’re looking for someone who specialises in Marketing to work as a Community Manager for a leading multinational in the creation of entertainment content. O que terás de fazer– Develop and implement community engagement strategies;– Monitor and manage community interactions across various platforms, including social media, forums, and review sites;– Respond to community and forum inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely;– Management of the forum strategy and online review strategy;– Manage the creation of content, including posts, articles, videos, graphics;– Collaborate with Content Management team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice;– Manage content schedules and community calendars for all channels;– Track and analyse community metrics, including engagement rates, growth, and sentiment;– Provide weekly reports on community performance and insights;– Coordinate with external partners (PR etc), influencers, and forums to amplify brand presence and reach. O que deves garantir– Minimum required education: 12th grade or high school diploma in relevant area;– English and Italian mother tongue or equivalent an proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese;– Familiarity with various tools, such as: WordPress, Hootsuite, Social Media Platforms, Analytics tools and Photo and video editing software;– Strong communication and teamwork skills;– Patience, analytical abilities, and the capacity to handle reactive situations;– A cheerful attitude and the ability to see the fun side of things.
