This role will involve centralising company secretarial functions, supporting legal teams, and servicing new business across multiple sectors. Job Responsibilities: * Compliance Advisory: Advise clients on their compliance obligations under the Companies Acts 2014, ensuring regulatory standards are upheld.

  • Transactional Support: Assist legal teams with company law matters, particularly in relation to complex asset finance and aviation transactions.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare Annual Returns, AGM documentation, draft Minutes, Resolutions, and various statutory forms.
  • Statutory Registers: Maintain and update statutory registers, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
  • Internal Compliance Oversight: Take ownership of the firm’s internal compliance function, ensuring consistent development and adherence to legal standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with partners and senior associates on client work, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.

About You:

  • You are ICSA qualified with a minimum of 2-3 years’ company secretary experience in Ireland/Europe.
  • You have expertise in Companies Acts 2014, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in aviation or asset management is advantageous.
  • You must be currently based in Ireland with a European/Irish passport or Stamp4G visa.
