Job Description:About your roleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our People and Culture organization in Espoo, Finland. This role is focusing on local compensation & benefit and time management topics in Finland.This permanent, full-time position is located in Espoo, Finland. Position is part of the Orion group’s Compensation & Benefits-team and reporting to Head of Compensation & Benefits. Position holder closely co-operates with HR Operations team in Finland. Position creates an important link between global and local teams.Your key responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage compensation and benefits topics in Finland especially focusing on job evaluation based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement and local benefits.
  • Position holder has also a key role in development project and implementation of new time management system in collaboration with the HR team in Finland.
  • Depending on the background of the person, also tasks related to HR operations in Finland, are available.

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a good understanding of job evaluation systems based of collective bargaining agreements and in general familiarity with Finnish labor laws and collective bargaining agreements. Good understanding of compensation and benefits frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience and knowledge related to time management concepts e.g. in production environment and IT systems supporting time management.
  • Proficiency in English and Finnish.
