• You’ll significantly shape our product market fit. It’s day 1 for us, so you’ll get a chance to make our product your product.

TasksGlobal factoring, payments and credit * Ensure that our global compliance strategy is fully compliant is every relevant region. We have already done the grunt work, so this is mostly about double checking.Ad Hoc support * We love to ask questions and will do so from time to time. Your job is to support with credible answers that we can trust and base high stakes decisions on.Requirements🔎 What we’re looking forSpiritual maturity: A truly good person with a strong character, equally strong values and an ability to build trusting relationships in a high-stress environment. This is a must for us as we value .Analytical intelligence: Analytical genius who is highly comfortable with numbers and the people that read them. You should be a tech-savvy and highly intelligent professional, experienced with automation and an obsession for details. Learning fast is your superpower.Hunger: We are exceptionally motivated people with a strong growth mindset and a bravery that allows us to aim for #1. Bonus points for:

• Exposure to FinTech (+++)
• Exposure to factoring
• Exposure to payments
• Exposure to credit and SMB lending
• Exposure to accounting

Relevant, tier 1 Bachelor / Master program required. We make an individual assessment for each case on what relevant tier 1 means. We do also make exceptions in rare cases.Benefits
