• Upon your daily responsibilities, you will be involved in the examination of your existing and new clients legal documentation with regards to AML/CFT and KYC analysis to establish risk assessment.
• In close collaboration with the Compliance Manager, you will be able to be involved in the implementation and updates of internal policies and procedures to ensure an excellent compliant ethic.
• As Compliance officer, you will have to identify and mitigate risks and be responsible to report it to your management.

Profile and Career Path | Compliance Officer – Compliance – Legal – AML – CFT – KYC

• At least two years of experience within a structure based in Luxembourg, preferably a Fiduciary, PFS or ManCo.
• Excellent commands in English is required. Any additional language would be considered as a plus.
• Ideally, you had obtained a Law degree related to compliance matters and have a good knowledge of the industry and applicable regulations in Luxembourg.
• You are seeking for a structure that support your growth with a collaborative workplace to deepen your skills and knowledge in the long term perspectives.
