This role will be coordinating a complex stakeholder landscape to successfully advance the implementation of an integrated and effective compliance management with the usage of technology, data and automation. Key responsibility will be to support the Head of Compliance Risk, Controls & Data Insights with execution, managing and coordination of compliance technology projects relating primarily to digitalizing, screening and monitoring processes in Compliance.As Compliance has a high strategic focus on the use of technology solutions it is a requirement for the ideal candidate to be tech-savvy. This role has a focus on managing, coordinating and executing a key project related to the development and implementation of an integrated sanctions compliance screening platform.The related projects or activities will vary in type, size and complexity. Also, the type and level of contribution can vary: some topics require a focus on coordination and stakeholder management, while others will require as well dedicated content development.Key responsibilities:
- Support the design and development of an integrated Compliance screening platform.
- Monitor key regulatory guidance and requirements and make relevant changes to the relevant compliance technology, data and automation products.
- End to end project management, including key project deliverables and assist in the roadmap.
- Ensure alignment with overall Compliance programme operations framework and identify synergies.
- Assist our journey towards a more effective use of compliance data, including for the purpose of a more dynamic risk view and real-time monitoring.
- Manage and further develop relationships with partner functions including Technology, Procurement and other Compliance teams.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders, build and maintain long-term working relationships.
- Become a reliable partner for the subject matter expert teams.
- Use analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, to identify improvement opportunities and consider technology as an underlying element to everything we do.
- Develop an comprehension of software and tools available in the market and when required pre-select solutions that are best suited for our needs.
- Manage difficult situations and safeguard implementation timelines and quality.
- Spearhead and develop a team of Compliance Senior Business Analyst(s) assisting in the execution of projects deliverables.
Who we are looking for:We imagine you to have:
- Experience with managing international, cross functional projects.
- Ideally experience and/or exposure with Sanctions and Anti-Corruption compliance.
- Collaborative work style which fosters teamwork, and stakeholder management.
- Have strong time management to manage multiple priorities.
- Have the ability to exercise discretion and good judgement, with an ability to comprehend the effect of decisions overall in the company.
- Strong capacity to coordinate and translate between various stakeholders with the goal of timely and successful project delivery.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft365 suite and project management tools (Jira).
- High integrity and personal ethics, professional in communication, ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations.
