However, in recent years, strong investments in new sectors have opened up excellent opportunities to offer our customers tailored products and specialized expertise.We are seeking motivated concrete element workers in Heinola.We are now hiring skilled and motivated concrete element workers for versatile tasks. As an employee, you will become part of a professional team and work in various phases of manufacturing concrete elements and piles.Your tasks will include various stages of element production, such as:-Formwork, reinforcement, outfitting, casting, and finishing work
-Interpreting element drawings
-Using hand tools, machines, and equipment
-Ensuring quality and efficiency
-This is a daytime shift position, and you will need your own car to get to the workplace.We expect you to have:-Experience in the construction industry, especially in the production or installation of concrete elements, is an advantage but not mandatory
-Precision and attention to detail
-Ability to work in a team
-A positive and proactive attitude
