We are seeking a Configuration Specialist to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business goals. Your expertise will contribute to delivering reliable and effective solutions while working closely with stakeholders, product owners, and team members.Your key responsibilities will be to:· Collaborate with the product owner and other team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.· Work with key stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback and ensure solutions align with business goals.· Setup/implementation of standard integrations· Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of the solutions.· Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest features and best practices in the area.· Document processes, workflows, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.Who you are :· Graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.· Understanding of APIs and integration concepts.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.· Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and environments.· Familiarity with agile methodologies and principles.· Knowledge of Power BI· High level of English is essential.Preferred Skills:· Knowledge of C#, .NET and Entity Framework.· Good understanding of HR processes.About SD Worx :SD Worx is a leading European provider of Payroll & HR services with global reach.
