Construction site organisationProject management aligned with regulations and specificationsCoordination of work using internal and subcontractor resourcesSupervision of work quality, time lines, and approval processesAnalysis of schedules, progress, and construction costsParticipation in tenders, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiationsClient relationship managementThis person would be the main responsible for large-scale housing estate projecsThis person would organize everything on the construction siteThe successful candidate should have experience with large-scale housing estates and general Contracting in volume construction in the Swedish market. Besides, this person should have at least 7 years of experience as a Site Manager for projects which value is at least 100M SEK net and should have leadership skillsThey are a construction company that operates as a turnkey contractor and producer of prefabricated elements. They build production halls, warehouses, offices, commercial facilities, train stations, parking lots, residential areas, bridges and tunnels.Financing of training and courses, Integration activities for employees and their families, Language training, and the possibility to obtain certificates (construction, design, contracting). And a salary range of 55K – 65K SEK gross/month
