We are TRS Staffing Solutions, an international project sourcing agency and part of Fluor Corporation. We specialize in supporting the oil & gas, energy, chemical, industrial construction, and life sciences sectors.We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team for an exciting EPC project in the chemical industry. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a hands-on approach to managing complex construction operations.Requirements:Minimum 10 years of experience as a Construction ManagerMinimum 10 years of experience in (pre-) constructions activities on large EPC (brownfield) projectsFluent in English and DutchAcademic-level professional and intellectual capabilitiesProficient in MS Office, Excel, and other standard IT toolsEU work permit or EU nationality (Immediate availability required)What Will You Do?Oversee and manage all construction operations on-siteDevelop buildable and cost-effective solutionsLead project management from construction through handover, defect resolution, and final sign-offSupervise employees and coordinate with subcontractorsEnsure deadlines and budgets are met with a focus on cost-efficiencyFacilitate multidisciplinary communication across teamsWhat Can You Expect?A full-time contract (freelance or employee)Opportunity to work on a technically challenging projectCollaborate with top-tier engineers in a multidisciplinary environmentGain valuable experience in a dynamic and innovative settingAre you interested in this job opportunity?
