- Day-to-day management and technical supervision of infrastructure and utility tasks related to high construction projects
- Technical control of construction plans, designs and construction documents during implementation
- Monitoring the construction process during on-site visits, dealing with inadequate procedures, updating inspection reports and preparing project documentation
- Liaising with clients, contractors and technical colleagues to ensure the progress of the project
- Monitoring technical changes and costs during construction: comparing budget and actual expenditure, developing cost reduction proposals
- Reporting possible design errors and developing proposals for solutions in collaboration with the designers
- Preparing action plans and monitoring implementation
- Actively contributing to the resolution of technical issues
- University degree in civil engineering
- 4-5 years of professional experience in project management, technical inspection or construction management, in the area of infrastructure and utilities
- Previous experience in general construction projects an advantage
- Licence as a technical inspector (ME-KÉ, ME-VZ) or have obtained it within a short period of time
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of MS Project or similar platform is an advantage
- Active, fluent English skills
- Independent, confident, cooperative and reliable personality
- Assertive communication skills
- Driving licence category B
