We are seeking an experienced and dedicated colleague to join our team in managing construction projects for heating and cooling system installations. As a Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage personnel, and handle administrative tasks to ensure project success.The position is intended for a responsible and committed to quality person who thrives in a dynamic work environment filled with professional challenges.Possibility to work on rotation schedule – 3/1.Work tasks:

• Coordination of construction work, team management, and quality assurance
• Commissioning works for heating, cooling, and sanitary systems
• Monitoring project schedules, resource allocation, and planning
• Communication with the internal team and other construction participants on-site
• Working with project documentation

Qualifications:

• A higher education degree in Building Energy Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in HVAC construction management is advantage, but the company is also open to training recent graduates
• English language B1-B2 level
• Norwegian language is advatage
• Category B driving license

Personal qualities:

• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Trustworthy, systematic, and organized
• High work capacity and ability to perfom effectively
• Solution-oriented and decisive
