Site Manager – LimerickDOE: €75k – €80KCompany Overview:
Our client a main contractor is currently seeking a Site Manager for an immediate start for a 6 month contract role based in Limerick.Job Summary:

• Supervision of of sub-contractors and labourers on site.
• Inspect sub-contractor work and sign-off.
• Working closely with company Project Managers.
• Report to contracts manager/management team regularly on progress and information request
• Management and control of day-to-day Health and Safety standards
• Co-ordinate tasks according to priorities and plans

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable.
• 5+ Years of Construction Management Experience on site.
• Proven track record in Fit Outs projects essential.
• Good knowledge of BCAR an advantage.
• Ability to build & maintain effective relationships.
