Job description
We are hiring two seasonal construction workers for fiber installation projects. Work is conducted outdoors in various project locations across Finland and includes both residential property trenching (SDU) and mainline trenching (backbone fiber). You will mainly use a Ditch Witch R300 with vibratory plow and our own cable locating equipment.We expect good physical condition, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. As projects are located across Finland, travel and overnight stays near worksites are required.Key tasks:
Trenching/plowing fiber ducts using Ditch Witch R300
Residential and mainline fiber groundwork
Locating and marking existing infrastructure (electric, water, telecom)
Cable detection and working according to construction drawings
Service-oriented work near customer properties
Equipment operation, loading/unloading, daily maintenanceAdditional info:
Work is performed under the Infra-alan TES (collective agreement)
All necessary tools, equipment, and PPE are provided
